Everytime the rennet works, if proper care of temperature of milk, while adding is taken care of! It's sure the most important ingredient and part of mozzarella cheese making process Very reliable product

Never use Delhivery
A wonderful product which does exactly what it claims to do. Unfortunately the supplier used Delhivery to ship. The product arrived here a week ago and every time I called the shipping company they would say they will deliver immediately.

I have been using this product for making fresh mozzeralla for a couple of years now. I is a good and sold at a reasonable price.

No manufacturing and expiry date mentioned.
The cheese making renette is good and does it's job well. But the bottle was received without any manufacturing and expiry dates. Only a bottle packing date was HAND WRITTEN on the bottle. Better quality control needed. The shelf life of this bottle is unknown.

Some cheese that I’ve made from over 50
Wow!!! Posh has really made my day cheese making journey so enjoyable. They have almost everything that one needs for cheese making . All their cheese kits , cultures moulds , thermometers etc. Plus they give all their cheese kits recipes which are so easy to follow. And it gets better. They hold your hand through out the process by helping you on WhatsApp if you get stuck anywhere. Hats off Posh.
