Easily one of most recommendable multivitamins
I find this pretty easy to swallow and digest as compared to other multi-vitamins I've tried in the past. Can see in a difference in energy in just a few days of intake, great to take if you do intermittent fasting or are in a deficit.

multivitamin supply sorted for half of the year
