Home icons are too small, selection from contacts is very tedious, every time you remove it from pocket or purse it is on a page you don't want. Shells and cases are not easy to find. Battery life is very poor, does not meet advertised specs. Ready to replace it asap.

This is not a good phone at all. The battery on this phone sucks. It will be fully charged and by the end of the day the phone will be almost dead and i have to charge it again and i dont use it that often during the day.

I've had this phone for 13 months, and would have kept it except for the fact that I dropped it and the screen is cracked. I decided to upgrade to a better phone to meet my current needs. When I got this phone, I needed it for a few very basic purposes. Texting, photos, GPS, e-mail, and a few work-related apps. Here are my remarks on this phone:1. It worked terribly at first. Storage was almost nil, Google Maps would not work, and the battery ran out within an hour. I finally discovered how to disable as many unnecessary built-in apps as possible, which freed up a lot of space for NEEDED apps, and allowed Google Maps to work.2. The battery life is still pretty short. Depending on how you use it, the battery can run out within a few hours. One thing I often use it for is geocaching, and my app drains battery power very quickly. Other functions might allow it to stay charged for a day. I've never had it stay charged for more than 30+- hours under the best conditions, though.3. Once you remove all the bloatware, the GPS is excellent, and my Geocaching app gets me as close to the mark as any expensive GPS device.4. The photos look terrible. They are fine for my purposes (check-in photos for work events), but if you want ANY kind of quality, you will be disappointed. The photos are low resolution, and can be very blurry if you don't hold the camera perfectly still.5. My phone did not have the music app on it for some reason. I installed a free app, and it works well. The sound is not great coming from the phone itself, but I can hook it up to my car stereo with a 3.5mm plug, and it sounds fine.6. Phone sound quality is pretty bad. It's hard to hear people talking. (I dislike cell phones for talking in general, though, so maybe this is just my problem.)7. Wifi connectivity is pretty good.8. Web browsing is painfully slow. I've tried it with the built-in browser and also with Google Chrome, and it takes forever. I don't even bother.9. There are lots of customizable ringtones and alert sounds. I can always tell who is calling, or from what app or e-mail account I am getting messages.Bottom line, if you are looking for a decent starter phone, a simple extra phone for emergencies, or a phone for your kids, this will do the job. If you are trying to keep up with everyone else, move on to a different model.

Have had phone over 6 months, battery life not good have to charge every day. Alarm is great sometimes! There are times it will not dismiss. Have to turn phone off to get it to go off. Sometimetime phone will just start playing. No one is calling and no alarms were set. Phone gets warm very fast. Cannot use outside hard to view. The one pro the price I paid ! $9.99 So didnt loose alot! Was on sale should have known better!

Only one way to say this KEEP AWAY does not do anything as advertised, As soon as I've used my time I'm going to junk it. Tracfone used to be good but not now. The support people appear to be inept at speaking and understanding english and you can no longer get a american operator of anykind.

Worst tracfone ever!!! Poor battery life, unable to run any apps, wifi range is poor. Don't waste your time or money on this frustrating little POS...

This phone is terrible. Doesn't work well. Has a lot of errors like not responding and trouble sending and receiving messages. Now after only months the battery won't hold a charge. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this phone to anyone.
