Damaged and also Adapter missing.
Very disappointed, received without proper packing ,no adapter.. i tried with new apdater but still not working...

don't buy, this is a total cheat
it didn't work straight from the first moment out of the packaging. sorry, did I say packaging? meant the Amazon cover because there's NO packaging, let alone carry straps as shown in the picture. one of the remote control buttons fell off as well when taking out the mattress.this is not a product. think of it rather as the dummy placeholder before they send you the actual product.I've reported the seller for fraud to Amazon. Amazon btw was excellent. they are investigating the seller, promptly arranged for a return and full refund.
