This is a toy don’t buy it! Very shabby made.

Her music teacher was impressed with this one. It isn't the most expensive violins out there, but is well made and sounds good when my granddaughter plays it. What I really like is the fact that isn't JUST a violin and case - it's a full set which may not seem like much but it all adds up, right? For the price, this is perfect for my granddaughter. If she continues to play, we may go to the next step up in violins, but for now, she has a wonderful-sounding violin she says is comfortable to hold. I don't play the violin - I play the lap steel guitar which is a stringed instrument and all I really can say about it is when I hold it and look at it, this violin seems to be a very well-made and professional-looking violin with a wonderful, resonant sound.

we got this violin for an intermediate cellist because she wanted to learn the violin. we received it and at first it worked (after we tuned) and after a while the tuning got extremely bad. We thought it was because of the pegs slipping so we used a bit of rosin dust (which usually worked). also, the g string broke easily.

I made the mistake of buying this. I planned it as a Christmas present for my brother and honestly I am beyond disappointed in myself as much as the product. It is the right color but it is not a real violin. It is fake! It's not wood at all! It can't be tuned, the strings are the worst quality and it's overall horrible. I should of checked it out the day I got it but I trusted some of the good reviews it had and that was a big mistake. Now I am stuck with it! Just save your time and money this is not a real violin.

This is a good, basic violin. I got this for my 12 year old who is just learning to play at school. It's great for her needs. This was actually much nicer than we were expecting esp at this price point.

Violin is good but Rosin was missing in the box. It was mentioned in the description that I will come along with the Violin, but it's not true.

Now if I can only learn to play, I will be very happy. But that is on me, not the instrument.
