Pretty valuable device
Pretty good product. Helps understand if wiring is done right Manual suggests to open the screws and insert two battery cells. But when I opened it, it already had working batteries. One needs to open the device very carefully, the wires connect the two sides of the device and might get damaged if one opens it in a hurry. A long press is needed to start the device. Display turns even when it is not plugging into power socket. Please check with a tester before plugging this device in. Helps in certain scenarios Whatspp help us pretty good. Guy responded pretty quickly and was courteous. Only thing, it is probably not worth 1700Rs

Very nice product excellent packing and colourful display, best product good scientific instrument

Device sometimes switches off on doing RCD test
Overall, the device is of good quality and works well. But sometimes, it switches off immediately after doing RCD test and we cannot switch it back on using the power button. We need to open it and disconnect and reconnect the battery and only then we are able to switch it on. A workaround is to use the device in switched off state when testing RCD. Then this issue does not happen.

Very Useful for Technicians on field as well as for use at Home.
The perfect product for Technicians on field as well as for use at home to test the power in the socket. Ideal to check power status before plugging in any electrical product or to troubleshoot power issues. Large display with all relevant details displayed. See the user manual to understand the different symbols & readings. Another very useful feature is the Non Contact Voltage (NCV) check feature. Allows you to trace hidden power lines and also detect cable cut in a power line. Very happy with the product & the followup from the company.

Portable and Handy
Price: quite expensive. Portable Size: The small size of tester is very convenient for every day use, you can carry it in your bag without taking too much space. Large color screen: The large color screen allows you to read the data more clearly. You can use it even in the dark area. This tool can be used to detect the polarity of the socket wiring, RCD Test: Insert the tester in to the socket and press the RCD button when the display prompts "CORRECT" wiring, Then the normal leakage will trip the Switch. This tool can be used in your home, factory and laboratory.

Dosent fit indian sockers supplied with an adaptor which dosent fit properly Voltage reading is incorrect considerably

Earthing Issue
Helped to identify the wrong connection. Also bad earthing socket

Faulty in operation but it was replaced promptly
Nicely built and good interface. Voltage reading not very accurate but acceptable. RCD function works at 30mA. But with a malfunction initially . The device switches off when RCD used. Had to open the device and reseat the battery to function again. Reported to the vendor and it was replaced promptly. Impressed by their customer service.
