Overall, I'm very happy with this projector screen. The picture quality is excellent, the material feels durable, and it was easy to install. It provides a smooth viewing experience and is great value for the price. The only minor issue was that the shipment arrived with slight damage to the product it was dented during transit. Fortunately, the projector screen itself was not affected and works perfectly. Despite the packaging issue, I would recommend this product for its quality and performance.

Waste of time and money - Do not purchase! Avoid this product and the seller. The motorized screen arrived with a dead motor. They sent a replacement part, but that didn't work either. I have been trying to get this resolved for weeks with no success. Amazon support has been unhelpful, and I am still stuck with a heavy, useless piece of equipment. Extremely frustrating experience—save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that actually stands by their warranty.Option 3: Concise and Warning Title: Defective Motor & Zero Support Extremely dissatisfied. The projector screen motor failed immediately. I received a replacement part that is also defective. Support has been slow, unresponsive, and has failed to provide a refund or a working replacement. Dealing with this has been a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Scratches and black dots on screen
Packing was excellent but once i unpacked the screen found scratches on screen and there was a black dots on the screen, and screen is not rolling up fully, not satisfied with the product.

I already have a fixed type in light company screen. That’s efficient however I wanted a bigger and motorised screen so I bought 16:9 ratio screen. It’s perfect and even better than what I was using earlier
