Q: Do these reading glasses come with a magnification choice? They seem not to offer a mag choice on the page.

Perhaps that particular model you described, may not have those features and options that you desire. I would suggest that you may consider exploring for that particular model , equipped with those adjustable/modiiefiable features that you want.

Q: What's the magnification strength?

The glasses I have are 200. I normally wear 250. I typically use these glasses when working electrical.

Q: Will they fit a large man?

I'm fairly large and they fit me fine.

Q: Odd question, but how difficult would it be to pop out the lenses without breaking the frames?

I think if you bring it to a prescription glasses store they should be able to remove the lenses without a problem, although they probably will tell you they will not be responsible if it breaks.
