Who knew
Works well for rapid on/off

Nice, although valve is a bit stiff out of the gate
Not a bad price for what seems to be a really solid product with a lifetime warranty behind it (I haven't looked into their warranty process but one can hope if it ever comes to that...). Male threads are solid brass, female end is aluminum or maybe zinc (I didn't care too much or look too closely—there's plastic screwed into it right now so that shouldn't get itself in much trouble). Definitely on the heavy side, if that matters to you. This was to replace the common cheap plastic ones with the silver-painted male thread end, as mine (all $4 worth of it) was starting to leak. Hopeful that this sucker will stand the test of time!

Good quality
The control is a bit stiff for one-handed operation but the fit is good and it does not leak. Dramm makes good stuff.

Very clean and simple - perfect for horse watering.
Just what us horse owners have needed - a one piece device with a simple lever at the end of a hose to fill the water buckets. We had been using a brass Dramm valve attached to an adapter attached to a short length of hose, but this is much cleaner and simpler. Thanks!

Solid build, intuitive operation
Intuitive design. Pushing the lever forward increases flow, pulling back decreases it. The one we've been using works the opposite, which was really annoying because everyone kept turning the flow up when they intended to turn it down. This unit feels really solid, like it will last even in this commercial application. Dramm got this right, as usual.
