Helps with my diabetic pain
I'm a Type 2 diabetic who suffers from severe pain in my lower legs and feet. This product helps significantly reduce my pain, especially if I take one with, or right after, a meal. I know it is not a pain killer, but I suspect it is helping keep my blood sugar from going too crazy, which results in some relief.

This seems to work quite well. Mix of chromium and cinnamon for diabetes 2.

This did not control my sugar Better use ceylon variety of cinnamon to avoid liver damage if you planning to use cinnamon supplements for long time period. I have changed to organic ceylon cinnamon from organic india
