It’s perfect for me. I like the fact that it’s healthy. I am type 2 diabetic. I also add blueberries, strawberries, pistachios, almonds, dates, raspberries, walnuts, hazelnut and banana. A tiny bit of all that I have mentioned. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
