Should i do bis tris one day chest back one day legs shoulders one day or circuit one day and can i work out every day a couple times a day

As a 63 year old who’s been a gym rat since I was 15, reading the 1st answer on here stunned me. While rest is very important, working out everyday absolutely will NOT harm you. Split your workouts into either an upper body 1 day and lower body the next or 1 push day followed by 1 pull day. Plenty of videos on YouTube. James Grace has been mentioned on here, he has many videos out there if you need guidance. Better to use muscle a bit everyday than to lay in a recliner!

I’m looking for instructions on how to use the bands. I’m surprised they arrived without any information.

Do these bands have the mark of high quaity with the visible weld seam for durability?

They a one piece molded design. Very durable and safe to us on a daily basis . Once you get a good work out in place you'll be hooked . I personally went from traditional weight training to now using these in my everyday routine . Highly recommend
