Review: Actually Works. Simple and repeatable results. - What a product! I have purchased automatic diamond sharpeners and expensive manual sharpeners that utilize bars/v shape holding. These claim to be dummy proof. I have not had great results on tough steel. This simple thing however - i used for maybe 2 minutes and have a paper cutting edge on a knife I have never been able to sharpen. Very pleased. Will buy again. Note this is good for tough steel. Suggest a polishing stone for minor cleanup. Review: Small enough to carry - Handy pouch ## Features - DUAL GRIT: Coarse side(Red) 180 Grit of this combination whetstone is used to sharpen dull edges quickly. There is a chip on one side and a crack on the other, but buyers should temper their expectations with how little they are paying. Can't really complain for the price. Perfect for bringing those rusty old beaters back to something that resembles an edge. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.lk/products/335615279-axe-hatchet-whetstone-sharpening-stone-with-sheath-180-600-grit](https://www.desertcart.lk/products/335615279-axe-hatchet-whetstone-sharpening-stone-with-sheath-180-600-grit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sri Lanka* *Store origin: LK* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
