We wanted some "resort style" chairs and these are definitely in that category. The cushions seemed firm and comfortable so far and fit on the frame well. The assembly instructions could use some improvements on the diagrams and it took a while to assemble but they seem very sturdy once together. All the parts were there and most nuts and screw types had one extra. (great because I dropped one between the wood slats on my deck and didn't have to go under and find it :)

I’m pleased with these chairs. The price point is decent for the quality. However, I can see why people dislike them due to the assembly. If you have any experience building furniture (farmhouse tables, benches, etc) or if you’ve ever bought anything from IKEA, you’ll be just fine. From start to finish, this took about 2 hours to put together, and most of that was simply trying to figure out what hardware is used for what, but I’ve got a solution below. Since there are already many pictures showing the product itself, I figured some tips for putting these loungers together might benefit you the most. See attached pictures too. Step 1- locate all of your nuts, washers, etc. and place them in labeled baggies. They do come separated but NOT LABELED, and the pictures in the instructions do not aid in distinguishing what nut goes where. The instructions do tell you how many of each you have, so I counted the nut/bolt/washer and correlated it to the expected amount listed in the instructions. All of my pieces were included. Step 2- DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT try to use the included Allen wrenches to put this set together if you plan to use these loungers in your lifetime. If you have a cordless drill, purchase a hex bit to tighten the bolts (it costs maybe all of $2). Seriously. This is important. Step 3- don’t throw the boxes away if you’re putting these together by yourself. The adjustable backrest attaches to the seat with a pre-attached hinge. Unless you have someone else available to hold it for you, hold on to those boxes until everything is assembled. The height of the box is perfect for attaching the backrest. Pretty happy with them so far. Lots of reviews mentioned parts were deformed or not included, but I had no problems there. Can’t speak to the durability of them as I’ve only had them a couple days, but they seem legit and here for awhile. Will certainly update if expectations fall short.

These are a beautiful pair of chairs and a small table. I gave a 4 stars because it is a bit hard to put together and I do think I was missing some screws and had to buy some more but no big deal. If I was to recommend I would say yes. They are wider than most chais and very comfy and stylish

These chairs look great now that they are together but each one must have 1000 pieces. From looking at them online you would never guess how many parts are involved in the assembly. Also the cushions have small rubber bands holding the bottom edges and these have already broke in the first week or two of owning. Due to the huge hassle of putting them together I would never send them back and I’m still happy with the over all look and comfort but I would not order these again.

We purchased these chairs for our pool deck and they are HORRIBLE. Here to warn you not to buy. 1) take forever to put together and directions are awful. Expect at least an hour per chair. 2) cheaply made and uncomfortable. 3) cushions are thin and not water proof and get water logged and moldy within a few months. Ours arrived with sewing issues and the ties ripped off immediately, the cushions will constantly slide off once the ties break. 4) standard replacement cushions don’t fit/work on these. Let me save you the trouble we are now facing - buying a completely new set of chairs to replace these (we requested to return these ones but because it’s outside of the return window (took us a while to figure out all of this and we tried to make it work since we put them all together) we can’t). I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed and upset over any product ordered on Amazon. There are so many other options at the same price point, don’t consider buying these.

Stylish, Sturdy, and a great value! Looks great and are well made. Easy to clean as the cushion covers unzip and are washable. Lightweight enough they can be easily moved if you need to, but are sturdy and stable when you sit on them. Multi position options for sitting or lounging. The weave is nicely constructed and the material is hearty enough for the Florida heat and humidity. I may have chosen another cushion color other than white, but other than that I wouldn’t change anything. A great buy and I wouldn’t hesitate if you are considering them.

Great product for the price, instruction manual is not well written but once you figure out how it goes, pretty easy to assemble. First one took a couple of hour, next one in 10 minutes. They look very good once assembled!

The first lounger was put together and table within 45 minutes. The second lounger had wrong parts. I notified the sell what parts I need and received a reply within 24 hrs. Email said shipping 5-10 days, and I’d receive a shipping notice. After 20 days I contacted the seller and they confirmed parts were not shipped yet and I requested a refund. I received a refund as requests. The chair and table are good quality - and I believe this error is not common so I’d purchase again

Great product. A bit of a challenge to assemble but happy with the purchase.

This is a great deal compared to other stores! It looks great, comfortable, has ties so the cushions don’t move, I assembled by myself in an hour.

I have bought 2 sets of chairs with tables last summer, but I have assembled and started to use them 3 months ago, as the patio was finished late in the fall. One of them is already bending at the frame joint under light use. I have emailed customer support and they have denied any help due to the 90 days warranty policy. $250 for 3 months of use is very expensive. I knew they are not high quality chairs, but I was hoping to get at least 2-3 years out of them. I was wrong, lesson learned. Never again I will buy from Aosom, as they don't stand behind their products.

The furniture itself is fabulous! Unfortunately it arrived with no hardware or assembly instructions, which I saw on line is a common occurrence with this product. I've given them 4 starts because I do love the chaises, and the hardware was easy enough to find at the hardware store. I negotiated with Outsunny, and received a decent discount as compensation. I do recommend, only be prepared for the likely possibility of not having the required hardware and instructions arrive with it. They're really not hard to assemble, you can figure it out. But knowing this going sets the expectation.
