Just needed a simple arm, a little bit of teflon tape, and a back plate double stick adhesive ring to adhere the flange to the wall. The flange is tight enough around the pipe for it to hold pretty well in place, anyway. It's been durable, no leaking, inexpensive, and it holds the shower head, which is quite large and heavier, perfectly fine. I always by rust resistant (or non-rust brass, my preference, if I can find it in the item I'm looking for...in this case bronze or bronze/black). The finish is still smooth, no tarnishing or bubbling surface. Great choice for what I needed.

There is a vertically challenged person in the household. I used this in the other orientation to extend the shower head downward. I was impressed with the quality and it did not leak. Great value, no chance of rust, and easily installed. Amazon made this very easy.

Very nice color, easy installation, came with thread tape too, which is nice. Good value for its cost, doesn’t leak if you install it right, water flow all depends on the shower head, not this pipe.

Une fois en main on ne doute plus de la qualité... Tout est bien usiné et l'aluminium brossé dans mon cas semble parfait. Tout est très bien emballé et il y a même une jolie bobinette de Téflon pour faire l'étanchéité du pas de vis... !! Le luxe....
