Mugwort tea at bedtime
Bought this to have as bedtime tea to help with sleep. I don’t know if it’s psychological , but I’ve definitely been sleeping better since I started drinking a cup of this at bedtime. Feel more refreshed when I wake up too. Can’t say that dreaming is any different though.Tastes awful so be warned ( unless you are used to plant medicine type drinks)! Tried adding ginger but YEUK! Tried fresh mint and this really helped. I think the mint compliments the earthy taste of the mugwort so I’ll stick with the mint . ( I never add sugar or sweetener if any kind).Also I make it in a teapot and strain once it is brewed to try to maintain oils. Tried an individual tea pod but think pot works better for taste.
