Excellent program!
Just started this program & I love it!I’ve had left total knee replacement; left should tendons anchored back to bones; (2) right shoulder orthoscopic surgeries & pending a (3rd) right shoulder surgery. I can only exercise in the the pool, so this is great! Ear Buds work great too as I’m hearing disabled also!

Love the product
The only thing I don’t absolutely love about this kit is the waterproof headphones—they just don’t fit well. Will probably look to replace them with another Bluetooth headphone. Other than that, the kit and instructional audios are really good.

Enjoying my new fluid running
Love it. Been enjoying my exercise sessions. Need to get some weighs now to make my exercise more effective. Have not tried the music yet that I think is in the program.
