i absolutely love this ring but my tail just broke off :(

This seller contacted me regarding an issue with the product and wanted to make it right even though it had been awhile and the order had kind of fallen through the cracks. They sent out a replacement ring and we are very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the replacement as well as the customer service given by the seller. I believe that there was an issue with them receiving my complaint previously that has since been ironed out. The customer service I received from this seller was quite good and I feel like they turned a negative experience into a very positive one. I would do business with this seller again.

I love this green but it gets caught on so many things and then it loses its shape. Can't wear it now because I have to have it reshaped so pretty when you first get it. Needs to be stronger

I bought this in April thinking it was cute. I figured, like a lot of Amazon products, it was cheaply made. I was dead wrong. The stones have been hit, smashed, grated against, and pulled on and they look as good as new! The string used is thick and sturdy! I have yet to loose a stone! Even the 2 on the adjustable strings are still intact! I tighten my bracelet with my teeth and yet no damage! There has been a few times where I was like "Oh s**t, that definitely did damage" but alas, it is still going strong. 10/10

I love this ring, the only problem I have is it doesn’t stay in position.At the end of the day the head and end of tail are bent out of shape.I just bend it back into the original position.....

Adorable little ring. Adjustable. I have long fingers so it looks good on my pinky. Easily adjustable. But it would be easy to crush so protect it when you are not wearing it.Very nice packaging and a free little gift and card included. Nice! I have had terrible experiences with other sellers lately so this was a very nice change from that. It arrived quickly from China too!Thank you!
