I bought this because my remote was always sliding off my lap and getting lost in the shadows. I have poor vision and once on the floor in a darkened room the remote was hard to find. Ive only used it a week, but it appears that it will work well. I am using the green one which stands out better in the dark. The material has a nice feel and does have more grip. I The cover was easy to put on. The fit to the buttons is perfect. Because the cover reduces the "rise" if the buttons, the buttons are not as easy to feel; that's unavoidable. The only alternative would be a cover with a solid back and open face. If you need a strong button projection, perhaps you should find another solution to the slippery remote; but these are so inexpensive, they are worth trying.

I had a different cover for our fire remote, but it broke. (kids 🙄😆) i found this 2 pack and am very pleased with the purchase! It fits our fire remote perfectly! easy to put on and it came with the wrist straps! The green one glows enough to find the remote if it gets lost. I have different style remotes in other rooms, so these won't fit them. So, the blue one is an extra one just in case. It would be really cool if they made the blue one glow in the dark too! Overall, quality is great and totally worth the money! Side note due to some bad reviews i have seen on these remote covers - When shopping for firestick remote covers; make sure you are getting the right one!! There are different remote styles/button setup, that this will not just fit all!

These are great! They are appreciated just for the extra grip they provide on the normally very slick to handle remote! Not to Merion that it stays where you put it without sliding around or hitting the floor from sliding off the couch or bed! The pattern on the back feels nice in the hand. The tether I thought was gimmicky and stupid.... UNTIL I attached it. I love having that tether on there.... for finding the remote, hanging it on a little hook when I want and the tail let's you find it easier when it's lost in a couch or mixed in with blankets and pillows and allows you to reach its easier if your being lazy and don't feel like moving to far. I know I know.... all this sounds dumb... but you don't realize how much your missing out on until you have those things to miss out on. I love these covers and the added protection they give a normally, flimsy feeling remote. Oh..... and THEY ACTUALLY GLOW GOOD! See pics. So they delivered on everything promised and at a decent price. I don't think I'll have to but if I did, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat! Buy them. I paid my own money for these and was not compensated in any way for this review...I just really like them.

I like that these covers make the typically black, slick remote easy to find in a darkened room. The rubber texture is also good keeping it from sliding down in between the couch cushions. They don't glow in the dark as much as I hoped, but the colors stand out for good visibility. The lanyard is a nice touch as well. It does lose one star for making the buttons slightly harder to access. Not a big deal, but my wife complains about it quite a bit. Come to think of it, she complains about a lot of things I order.

We recently got a new puppy that loves to chew on things, including the remote for our Fire Stick 4K. Luckily he didn't damage any of the buttons, but the plastic on the remote was scratched, dented, and even had small chunks missing. We just needed one case, but since these came in a dual pack, I figured what could go wrong -- very happy that I did. The cases fit very snug against the remote, line up with the buttons perfectly, and since they are bright, we rarely lose the remote now as a bonus. I haven't noticed them really 'glow', but that doesn't matter to me so I'm not going to dock any points. Definitely would purchase these again just due to making the remote easier to see and a little more confrontable to hold on to.

I used to lose my remote a lot because it blended in with my room. I bought this and I haven’t lost it since. The glow-in-the-dark feature for some reason did not work for me. It has a tiny glow, but not enough to spot it in the dark.

Fits the remote perfectly. Easy to slip on, just take your time, be patient. It will go on, takes a couple of minutes MAX. With those two colours, I can't lose my remote any more. Remote doesn't slip out of my hand. Good value for money. It's a must have (if you don't mind the colours).
