Frustration free is when its not sealed into the type of packaging that requires a sharp tool. Typically its a taped box and bubble wrap or air pods.

What is the diameter of the rim for both glasses?

Approximately 2.5 inches on the taller glass and 3 inches on the shorter. I love these glasses. They were a purchase that I am glad I made. Hope this helps.
