I think that is cm not inches. It is smaller than a typical board game box - roughly the size of a small laptop in surface area and 2-3 inches thick

The box and instructions are the only things in color. The minis are a grey plastic.

After completing a level 4 encounter... are you able to rerun or redo the previous encounters (not the level 4) when you rest at the bonefire or die?

When you die or rest at a bonfire all the encounter cards flips face down. You then have the option to "redo" rooms or run through previously completed ones.
