I have been using these aceworks sea moss now for almost 2 weeks. The first thing I noticed was an increase of energy. I don't feel sluggish anymore. I've been hearing a lot about sea moss and how it has a bunch of natural minerals necessary for our body. I'm hoping this will be beneficial for long term supplement use. As of right now I'm enjoying the energy and feeling more control of my body unlike the old sluggish days where it was hard to get much done.

I usually like gel sea moss but I appreciate the convenience of the capsules. Helped my fatigue and over water absorption throughout the day.

I have had better results from other brands. This didn't make a lick of difference in how I felt. I gave it a month & .. nothing. I still felt like crap & slept like crap. I like the brand, Her Own, much-much-much better. I also tried actual sea-moss gel from a family owned company in NJ (Pappi Sauce) & between that & the 'Her Own' brand.. those are the only two products that produced actual results. I'm talking almost immediate increased energy levels, I slept better & had reduced muscle pain flare ups. Idk what this brand is doing... but they're not doing somethinggg right.
