I purchased three EIOT data sims over the past two years. One was a very recent puchase (more on that below) Two of them worked fine without issues for two years and I even used their app to reload time/storage vs buying new ones when existing ones were expiring That is convenient. However, on July 21 2026 my existing two sims stopped working 24/7. They would only work 8 hours per day. Like someine was throwing an on/off switch. Many, many many chats with customer services yielded no fix. First they said your sims are working fine, then they said we will change your cell provider from/to Tmobile and ATT and then to simply restart the equipment. None of these worked. Their final solution - they would provide new sim cards to replace existing one but with NO explanation on why the problem occured. No matter how many times I asked, their customer service refused to give a reason why the sims only work part of the time and that continues to today (8/6/26), other than the amount of time they are working has decreaesed from 8 hours to more like 7 hours per day. so the problem is getting worse. I have already paid for 24 hour per day service, but I am getting less than a 1/3 of that - and thus unreliable service. To make matters worse, you would think between the many chats and emails to them about my issue and need for TWO replacement sims, they only sent one replacement. They could not even get that right. And given their lack of reason for why service only works part of the day now, what guarantee do we have that the replacement sims will work 24/7? I have no confidence in their service. And no one at EIOT seems to understand how inconvenient it is to replace the existing sims with the new ones and get in touch with them to tranfer the time and data from existing to new. Because of this problem and their lack of accountabilty, I will be looking for a new service once the time on my existing EIOT sims ends. They don't deserve my buisness. This has just been poorly handled now for mutiple weeks. And I did get a third sim recently to have as a backup because of the problems with their service. I wanted them to fix the issues with my existing sims vs just resorting to sending out new sims. They failed to do that. And so the question still stands to EIOT - why did my existing sims stop working 24/7? NO ONE there has been willing to answer this question. That is concerning.

Works, not the easiest, probably not the cheapest, but from the ones I saw pretty well priced. Don't expect your device to automatically use the correct settings. That was my problem. It did come with a trial amount of data, which was a VERY nice thing. That is why I am going to stick with them! The issue I had was APN settings. The automatic part finding the operator was no problem. It found T-Mobile, and switched to it. I am sure it would have switch to AT&T if they had the strongest signal. APN, you are going to want to read your ICCM or whatever the damn abbreviation is, the code on the SIM card and also on the plastic credit card size card the SIM came with (Don't lose that card! It's easier to read than the damn SIM). Anyway, the first few numbers determine what APN settings you use. I went with just AT&T and T-Mobile. I think they described the TRI card that includes Verizon, good for being in the jungle too, which I just don't see myself visiting in this lifetime.

I made the decision to purchase this EIOTCLUB SIM Card because I was looking for a service with a fair price for my mobile hotspot that I use for my business that does business in various locations. My shipment reportedly got lost during the initial Amazon Logistics shipping attempt and was never delivered. I chose to give them a second chance because it wasn't urgent, and it worked. Because the item was so flat, I reasoned that it might have slid off the shipment track and caused the initial shipment to be lost. The SIM Card is included in the packaging, along with a brief guide on how to top up the SIM card. It really is as easy as that. I initially utilized this product with a POS device and an NRadio-branded 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot. I observed something potentially problematic when I tested the network: regardless of the network you use, all data sent and received is routed through a server based in Hong Kong called "Multibyte Info Technology Limited." Although this isn't necessarily the worst thing that could ever happen, some security experts will tell you that it is because you're allowing a foreign organization to manage your data. Take that information how you like, but I'm not sure if I'll continue to use the EIOTCLUB services for processing payments. Although there is no evidence that foul play will take place, it is still preferable to keep some sensitive activities within the boundaries of the home country from a security perspective. Considering the aforementioned, it follows that your data throughput speeds and latency will suffer. A ping of less than 500 milliseconds has not yet been attained. Both upload and download speeds are less than 6 megabits per second. This means that you shouldn't use it for online gaming, but you might be able to for light Web browsing (as long as you don't use it for your online banking or certain components of your job for security reasons).
