This book is very hard to understand. And for people like me who like to read allowed, it hurts my brain. Honestly it kind of stresses me out to try and read and understand this book. Had I read the reviews (my fault) ahead of time like I normally do, I would NOT have bought this book. I’m disappointed.

I've only read the first two chapters and while there is a lot of good information, the editorial mistakes makes it difficult to understand and figure out what the author is saying or trying to say. Perhaps the author self published and editing wasn't offered in the package or the author refused it. Either way having someone else look over it for that purpose would have been helpful. It's a good book with a lot of information, just needs a lot of editing.

Would be nice to explain the biochemistry beyond just one or two compounds…No biosynthesis chains mentioned and the book only mentions a restricted use of the word ADHD.

I am definitely for the sub-title because first I feel that ADHD is heavily over diagnosed in this country and drugs are handed out to kids like candy and the drugs they give these kids are addictive and in many cases cause more harm than they do good, yet our society is drug crazy and just because a drug is legal does not make it good or beneficial. Now that I have got that off my chest. The author has presented is case very logical and covers many aspects of ADHD, his basic premise is that they really do not know what causes it though they have solid ideas, and the drugs sometimes work and sometimes they do not. The author presents the alternative treatment mostly diet orientated but no proven remedies. some work for some people but not others. Yet diet and nutrition has to be the better way to treat it.

The book seems to be a translated version and it is very poorly translated which take away the credibility of the book on my opinion. It is a quick read and send to have some good info, but no reference.

Really helps with my 2 special needs sons!

This book is fraught with grammatical errors that make it next to impossible to read and detract from any valid information it contains.

The info in this book is quite good, however I found the broken English (that it is written in) to be very distracting and made it difficult to read. Was this translated into English?

THE worst book I have ever tried to read. It is bad enough having impairments without having to work out how the words are supposed to be strung together in a sentence that your brain can then interpret and in turn understand. Returning this book as it is incomprehensible

This book is poorly written. The author has no credentials. All the study references have no back up. Don’t waste your time and money
