Can you tell me what size of cup this is for?

Any cup that fits a standard 16SL lid. I use them for styrofoam cups 12-24 oz

Is this the size for the 12,16 and 21 oz. blizzard cups for DQ?

I use it for 20oz coke cups. It's a bit loose and a little tall.

Is this for a 20oz cup?

I use this daily on my ice cream truck with 20oz dart foam cups. ot works with 16oz too as they use the same lid. it fits nice and snug. paper cups ive used are a bit loose. either way care must be taken with the softness of foam or paper cups. the collar is much easier to clean rapidly and takes less space than full steel cup. steel cup allows for setting in machine and walk away to do other orders. paper cups can too but you gotta br careful. fast clean up is a must when on the go which is why i opt for collar. hope this helps
