Great Book

This publication contains a colorful narrative of Kenneth Springirth's photo essay of CSX's locomotive power. He begins by showing his images of fallen flag lines, that eventually became CSX. He continues by using the rest of the book to show his photos, taken in the late-20th and the beginning of 21st centuries. The majority of most of their captions rest mostly each engines' detailed backgrounds and brief information of the areas they were taken. The book is produced with very nice, glossy paper, giving the sense of the author's pride in his work.I would especially recommend this book to anybody interested in the trackage along CSX's Metropolitan Subdivision and other locations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
