It was perfect!
I love the wheel. I ordered it on the 5th of January and it came on 6th and I didn't even have to play extra. It slipped in perfectly. My hamsters ran on it all night. Plus the wheel was slight so it didn't make any noise. When, my old one was broke, It made a loud screeching noise when ever my hamsters ran, and sometimes it would split in half while they would run. Now, I have this great wheel it couldn't have come at better time!

Easy to use. I like that I can use my kritter trail tubes with these. My hamster does have some problems getting around the bends, I dont know if its the tube or if its just her.I think its her.

Great product but expensive for what you're getting.
We purchased this to replace one that was cracked. It is exactly like the original. Only downfall is the price, 21$ for a replacement part to something that originally cost 35. Next time I will just buy the entire thing and have extras for more tunnel building. Supply & Demand is definitely at play here.

interior wheel
meant to go inside the habatrail or ovo cage. mounts to the wire. average medium sized wheel.i was looking for an external wheel like crittertrails. this ones advertising gives no useful information and the pictures misrepresent the exercise wheel.

Was split down the middle when I opened the package but was easily super glued back together. Got it for my Syrian hamster & he fits perfectly while running compared to his old wheel. It's also completely silent while he's running! & he loves the hangout in it

Our gerbils like it. But it is so loud. Already looking for a new wheel. Would not recommend.

Not for Dwarfs
I currently own the habitrail cristal wheel that the cage came with but it was way too big for my two dwarfs (winter white + roboroviski) so I was looking for a substitute smaller wheel for them. I thought this one would work since it said dwarf but as seen in the picture it's the same size as a normal hamster wheel. The dwarfs are too small to: 1) get on/in the wheel 2) feet get stuck in the holes 3) can flip over when they lose control of the wheel (hilarious but scared it will hurt their spine). Had to return this item, I'm giving them 3 stars because the quality of the item is nice seems sturdy + their return policy was amazing and easy.
