Bob the Builder: The Concrete Shake-Up

There are other stories in this Bob the Builder series that seem to make more sense/have a better message/are more fun to read. My 2.5 year old can't get over the fact that at the end, when they need to smooth out the concrete, they don't call in Roley (the cement roller!) and I sort of agree with him!

My 3 year old son and I have read this together many times. We both like the story and the pictures.

Bob is a favorite of our neighbors who are German and teaching English to their children through these books.

Needs to be hard cover for 2 year old!

My grandson is absolutely taken with Bob the Builder. It is the first book we read when he comes over.

Good story for any bob fan but the pages are very thin and book feels really cheap- my 2 year old doesn't care about that though!

Book is a little flimsy (as you might expect from the price), but its a good story, and the pictures and book-paper are good quality. Just don't expect it to maintain good condition in toddler hands!
