50 inches was short. So increased the height with machined rods to 75 inches. Now it looks good.

The finish of metal body is just spray painted plastic paint which is more like a bronze-orange shade. The rods are not evenly coloured, 2 were lighter than the other. The shade is so short that even a 4w bulb is half outside and looks horrible. The 9w bulb that is sent along was probably the cheapest looking bulb I’ve seen. The wiring looks unsightly, even though they provided 3 flimsy plastic clamps to secure it to body (one broke on sliding). Now most importantly, the height of the product is only 53” (with the shade on) and definitely not 71” as stated in product description. The pics are also not true to life. The base is oval-crescent type whereas in pics it looks evenly-raised round. Totally misleading product!

Received defective piece first time. Returned with difficulty. Second time one part was missing. No response from seller. Has to search and purchase that part from local market. Product quality otherwise is very good. It looks classy and does its job. Its height is very nice. I've put a smart bulb in it and it added to its purpose. I still recommend. If possible, but directly from IKEA site, you will get similar product in half price.

The product was nice and well built. But I still had to return the product. The height of the floor lamp is roughly about 5 ft may be. The bulb was still visible when switched on and hence defeated the purpose of having the floor lamp which doesn't harm the eyes. The floor lamp should have been atleast 6 ft min to make it useful as an indirect source of light.

Pros:Very simple, good quality, great finishing.Cons:The wire is connected from the top near the lamp. Need to hide and adjust to avoid the looks from being spoiled.

I was expecting a gold color. This is instead a muted brass color which is fine; just not what I expected. It’s a little bit flimsy compared to what I expected - again, fine but would have liked to know. It’s a good value for money product. Might do better to match the cable color to the body. Else it’s perfect.
