Portion dividers are worthless
I purchased the containers with 3 sections. The reviews I read before purchasing mentioned that there was some leakage between sections. I believe salad dressing was mentioned. I thought, "Eh, I'm ok with some liquid sloshing between sections. I don't need a perfect seal, no big." But big it is indeed. The gap between the lid and the internal glass dividers is probably an inch wide. I placed baby carrots in one section, celery in another, and hummus in the third section. Half of my baby carrots ended up in the hummus. I thought, "I'll just do a better job of keeping it flat." Nope, still had stuff sifting all around. This isn't stuff leaking between sections, this is full movement of items, you might as well put everything into a standard container. You're food won't be that much more mixed up than it will be in these.I realize baby carrots ending up in the hummus isn't that big of a deal (they're going to be dipped in there anyway, right?). But other combos won't work if they get mixed together. Also, these are like 3xs the cost of a Pyrex container and plastic lid. Worth the price if you can pack three separate items in one handy container, but since it doesn't work correctly it isn't.And I don't mind hand washing the lids on a neato container that has compartments for three separate food items. I do mind hand washing a lid if the dividers on the compartments don't keep the food... divided. Again, a Pyrex container with a plastic top-rack-dishwasher-safe lid would have been a better option.

Freezing leftovers is the best!
I love these containers. Rather than force myself to eat leftovers every day until they're gone, I can freeze them and then pop them in the oven when I'm in the mood for that meal again. Here's what works for me: Fill the compartments with leftovers, and then press plastic wrap down until there's no air between the wrap and the food. This seems to help avoid the formation of ice crystals. Place a contents label on the plastic wrap and then put on the lid on and put the container in the freezer. When you're ready to eat it, set the oven to 350F, remove the lid and plastic wrap and cover loosely with aluminum foil, and bake for about 20 minutes before checking the progress. After that, it depends what you're cooking. I sometimes run a spatula around the inside edges to prevent sticking, stir whatever needs stirring, and then put it back in the oven with or without the foil. You could probably even eat right out of the container, but I'm always too impatient to let it cool enough. The lids seem to do well in the top rack of the dishwasher, although it's not really necessary to do more than rinse them since the plastic wrap usually keeps them from getting any food on them. The glass dishes clean well in the dishwasher.I just ordered a second set -- the ones with 2 compartments. I wish I'd brought some to my brother's 50th birthday party last night, because I'd have come back home with easy-to-make meals for weeks. :)

These are a good size, and the glass containers and lids are ...
These are a good size, and the glass containers and lids are good quality, however I wish I had realized that while the LIDS are leakproof, there is no seal between compartments. There is a good sized gap between the lid and the dividers, so anything that's not dry will leak between compartments. I also had an issue with condensation from one compartment making dry bread in another soggy.

Love these containers!
These are well made meal prep containers. They’re heavy (like other glass containers)... about 2 lbs each. The lids secure nicely. They throw in a spare lid which is really nice to have. There are 10 dip containers that come with it. Glass is dishwasher safe and the box says to hand wash the lids. I throw mine in the dishwasher top shelf, but don’t use heat dry. As others have said, there is a space (guessing about 1/4-1/2”) between the top of the dividers and the lid. If you put liquid in there and travel with it, it could leak to the other side. You can get half a sandwich in a space. I don’t pack sandwiches...so not an issue. My teenager also loves to use these for healthy snacks for school. Great purchase... I will be ordering another box of them.

Do not use for lunchboxes or travel!
It is okay for leftover storage, maybe, but you are screwed if it leaves the house and tilts at all. There is a huge gap so the compartments are wide open to spill into each other whether apple chunks or anything at all. Quality is great, I will not deny that, but it fefeats the purpose for having meal prep containers with compartments. The compartments actually need to be able to be separate
