For anyone with thick, dry, cracked skin on their feet, this is the cream for you. I thought I was well educated on beauty products, but urea was new to me. I originally purchased a 10% cream for hands and I was super impressed. My son and mum both mentioned about their feet and I purchased this for my son and a 50% in a different brand for my mum. I can’t say the 50% was great, plus it was more expensive and less product. This is a reasonable sized tub, although I feel still overpriced. However, it’s a lovely thick and emulsioning cream which soaks well in to the feet. Best wearing socks (cotton is best) after application, the heat helps the cream penetrate in to the skin. A little goes a long way. Even after one use, 24hrs later the results were fantastic. Despite mum using 50% and having slightly more cracked skin, her results in comparison were poor with this cream. Although this is expensive and necessary to use daily to begin with, you could reduce to once a week and use cheaper normal cream daily for ongoing maintenance. TIP: Always wear either socks or slippers etc indoors. Wearing nothing on your feet causes significant buildup of hard cracked skin. Due to friction on unnatural surfaces. Wearing something as little as socks keeps your feet softer and healthier, avoiding the need for expensive creams such as this.

The smell is divine and the tub is full. Have used for four night and can’t believe the difference on my cracked heals. The pot is massive so I’m sure it will last ages and the little orange bits feel great on your skin. Love this and have already bought more for my husband to have a pot!
