Huasiru Case for Kindle Oasis 2017/2019 (7 inches, Shinning 9th/10th Gens Only) Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep — Will not fit Kindle Paperwhite or Kindle Oasis 6 inches, Shinning Purple

I already had a great cover with artwork I loved for my Kindle Oasis 2017 (7 inches). However, when I saw the Library cover from Huasiru, I just had to have it! As with dead-tree books, I really care about a book's cover and like to change it up every now and then. I’ve now had this cover for nearly three months.The Library cover looks warm and snuggly to me, inviting me to open it to enter a whole new world (exactly what I want any good book to do). The colors are done very well--they are not faded on my cover as has been noted by another reviewer. The cover is rather slick and can easily fall off of upholstery so I have to be careful to place it in a fairly secure location where it is unlikely to slip.The front interior may be some type of microfiber or something similar. It is very soft and will not scratch the Oasis screen. In Fall 2018 I could not find the front interior’s information in the product description, nor could I discern from the product’s images whether the front interior was soft, so I waited to purchase until I read a previous review that enlightened me (thank you for mentioning it, previous reviewer!). The front folds back so you can hold it flat, and the fabric will make the cover not slippery while folded back. I often fall asleep while reading, and this fabric holds the Oasis on my pillow until I awaken.Although the cover is very thin, it is very sturdy and protective of the Oasis. I have, on occasion, dropped the Oasis while in this cover. The cover’s magnet has held each time, and the thin hardness of the cover is very effective and has ensured no damage to my Oasis.All necessary cut-outs are in the correct place so I can access all Oasis features (power button, USB, charging light) I need. The cover does not block the page buttons, but the cover does add a tiny “lip” to the edge of the Oasis that does not bother me, but it could annoy others.The Oasis “snaps” into this cover. Fortunately for me, it is still possible for my arthritic hands to pop the Oasis out of the cover to accessorize it differently. I have not wanted to change out this cover because of the artwork, but I did want to see if I physically could pop out my Oasis, and I’m happy to say I was able to do it on my own.I am very happy with this cover as both a protective device and a beautiful accessory. I highly recommend this item to others.

This is a good case the only down side to it is the printed case starts to rub off other than that it's a really good case to have.

Very nice case for my Kindle Oasis. I really like library bookshelf theme of the painting, plus the texture of the case makes holding it easier.My only concern is the section of the case that connects the back to the front seems a bit flimsy, and as the case is made out of a polyurethane material, it might start to wear and crack.But otherwise, I really like it.And yes, the screen auto wake and sleep work great, when the cover is opened and shut.Update 8/28/2019. My previous case was damaged so I purchased a replacement. The new case, while it has the same cover design is not the same. The cover, instead of having a textured cover has a slick smooth cover, plus it feels lighter and more cheaply made. Plus the screen auto wake and sleep is not working with the new case

I tried out the "Huasiru Painting Case":* Cute look. I loved the cover picture of the library, but ...* The plastic appears *very* thin and the lid cover looks super-thin and cheap.* The edge of the cover flap has an annoying white line around the lip, like it was stamp-cut out of a plastic sheet. (See photo)* Looks to warp.* The magnetic closure doesn't appear to hold closed well.* The thin plastic lid cover is toi thin and cuts into my hand.* I also disliked the pebbly surface pattern (see photo) imprinted on the plastic. It dulled the picture and didn't look nice. A shame, as I loved the case picture of the library.* On a plus side, it was easy to remove the Oasis 2 from this case.* But I'm returning it and have bought the Moko "Vintage Style" brown, faux-leather case, which looks really nice and has rounded edges on the case lid. For me, all around a much better case. Sorry Huasiru, maybe next time!

I purchased this cover; I love the print. That said, I was finding pieces of broken plastic in my purse and on my desk. I could not figure out where they were coming from.... Then I went to read on my Oasis, and a piece of the inside holder fell off. It may protect your Oasis, but if you drop it, the cover is done. If it breaks just from using your Oasis, just not worth the price! I bought a cheaper one on Amazon, it is better made!

I used to buy Fintie covers but the covers by this company have a nicer feel and have not shown any tendency (yet) to have the hinge become uneven so that the front cover isn't squarely in front of the screen. The designs are unique and fun. The design with the dragon on a red-orange background is just as vibrant, but good, color as on my monitor. Very pleased. LATER: I still love this cover but should mention that the red is fading to white at the spine and the edges, much like a leather cover would show wear. The effect is that it looks well-loved, which it is. This often happens with items that are red paper or cloth so I'm not particularly upset, but you should know.

As others have said, this is a very beautiful cover for the Kindle Oasis 2. It also provides good grip, making it easy to hold the Oasis as you read. However, the weight for this case is listed as 2.88 ounces. That's why I got it: I didn't want to add a lot of weight to the 6.8-ounce Oasis itself. However, the case seemed heavier than expected when I received it, so I weighed it: it's 4.2 ounces. That's as heavy as comparable cases. Will I return it? Probably not: it doesn't look like there are many options that are lighter. But I'm disappointed they listed the wrong weight. The Oasis + case is surprisingly, and unpleasantly, heavy.

Fits really well and doesn’t bulk up the kindle which I was worried about. You still have the ridge on the back of the kindle which helps to hold it. Cover folds right back.

Very pleased with this cover. There is a hard plastic rear part, which completely encloses the Kindle. The plastic is about 2mm thick, and encloses the four corners. So it should give protection against dropping - the metal frame of the Kindle looks as if it should easily dent and then break the glass if it's dropped, so having this protection is reassuring. The black plastic frame wraps so neatly around the Kindle that it really looks as if it's part of the device. The front cover is a hard spongy surface that can be folded behind when reading. I also use it as a prop to support the Kindle. The case is nice and light, so doesn't make much difference to the overall weight. Great value for money, recommended.

This is the second case I’ve bought for my new Kindle Oasis (2019 model) and the second case that does not work as stated in the info. The auto sleep/wake function does not appear to work on the latest model so I feel I was sold a product under false pretences. Sadly it’s a great case otherwise, but without the auto sleep/wake function it is not fit for purpose and has been falsely advertised. Very disappointed.

For the price I wasn't really expecting much quality and feel wise but was pleasantly surprised at how good it feels in the hand. This is really good value for money and protects the Kindle Oasis really well and fits perfectly! Only downside personally for me was it does add a bit to the weight of the Kindle but it's not really a big deal to be honest. It is definitely well worth the price.

Fits my Oasis perfectly. I just popped it into the case and it held fast. Protection on all the corners and cut-outs are all in the right place . The Oasis sleeps and wakes with the cover and the cover stays in place when closed. It feels good in the hand and whilst smooth, there is more grip than just holding the Oasis without a cover.There are a range of designs and I opted for the moon cheese one. It is eye catching and so much more interesting that the boring plain designs you can get.
