It's an excellent fan, I'm not sure how it's providing cool air given it's not an aircon unit but I'm not going to question the sweet sweet cool breeze in my face. The noise isn't noticable above the tv or conversation and at night provides some white noise which is unexpectedly helpful. The remote is quite small and I'm already unsure of it's current whereabouts but it's not a hardship to get up and press a button. Sleep mode - great in theory but in reality, it cycles through all 3 speed modes which is very noticable to your ears esp if you're trying to fall asleep. Timer - do not use if you're sleeping as, when the timer runs out and the fan turns off, it loudly beeps to alert you that it's turning off. Which, if you're a light sleeper, will wake you up. All in all, great for the price. Just pick your preferred fan speed and leave it on that.

I ordered this in summer. I ordered black and they sent a white fan. That annoyed me but other than that the fan is pretty good at keeping me cool, only complaint is that it’s a bit loud especially for its small size

I was so impressed with the performance and design that I bought a second one for another room. It’s easy to use, has great airflow, and the remote control is super convenient. Highly recommended!

I read some of the reviews before I bought it . I wanted it for sleep but the sleep mode is as noisy as the normal mode . The remote doesn’t work properly and the amount of air that comes out is so little, you’d have to be as near as possible ( it cuts out if you get too close ) which is hopeless if you’re asleep . I’m returning it but have to shoulder the cost of this . So beware , if you buy this and it does not live up to the description or part of it doesn’t work , you pay to for the return . Effectiveness: If you want it for sleep , it’s noisy and not cooling enough .

I'm genuinely delighted with this product. I have sensory processing disorders, and for the past week I've been unable to function because of the heat. I guess the temperature would only be moderate to most but it was the worst week for me in a long time due to the heat. I saw some mixed reviews about this but I thought it would be well worth trying for such a low price. The shipping was really fast and the set up was as simple as unpackaging, plugging in and turning the switch. Immediately it made a huge difference and I'm delighted to report that in the three or so days I've had it, I've been able to build 15 flat pack furniture items from IKEA that I had been putting off since we moved rooms. It makes such a difference and all of my siblings who walked into my room commented on how lovely and cool it was because of this cooling tower. It's not silent but it's extremely quiet and I've had it on pretty much since I got it and I've had no issues with trying to sleep with it on. My room is pretty large but with the swing feature it can go from way too hot to pleasantly cool in a few minutes. It also great because it doesn't increase the humidity of my room unlike many cooling towers. If you're looking for an affordable but we'll build fan or cooling tower (unlike the Dyson 400+ euros) I would recommend this 1000%. Great quality for price, fantastic buy!

Ok so the fan as a whole is pretty good, reasonably quiet, cools well and It looks smart. The remote isn’t very good at all though. It’s just some generic bit of plastic with awkward to push buttons that you have to push a few times to get it to to work. I’m not expecting the remote to last that long. Also the night mode is rubbish, instead of going nice and slow and quiet it turns on and off all night long on random speed settings. So you’ll drift off to sleep and all of a sudden it’ll come back on at level 3 and startle you. In my opinion not worth using. It’s a great shame because the lights on this thing are pretty bright and although that doesn’t affect me there will be some people that won’t be able to sleep with the lights on. Also the small LED on the underside of the control panel flashes from orange to blue constantly! So I get a blue flash of light up my wall every time it does this. There is no explanation why it does this so if the manufacturer see’s this please do let me know why it does this? (See images and video) I wish it had an option to turn the lights OFF! I know they go off when you use “sleep mode” but sleep mode as mentioned before isn’t worth using because the unit keeps turning itself on and off all night on random speeds. TLDR: It’s pretty good, not great, remote control is rubbish, sleep mode is rubbish and the lights (LEDS) are bright and flash from orange to blue constantly! Do yourself a favour and look into the DREO tower fan which if you have Alexa will work with her too.

Great fan, works well

As my completely honest review, for the 13" smaller model the angle of airflow is very narrow and fairly unsubstantial, the lowest wind speed barely noticeable, so you're often required to set it to the highest which isn't loud but loud enough that it's noticeable (it becomes white noise after a while). It arrived a day late (which apparently wasn't the fault of the seller but rather the delivery service), the night mode is not really distinguishable from the "breeze" mode which doesn't alternative the fan speed smoothly enough to be convincing and it for whatever reason has a non-toggleable beep every time you press a button which is incredibly loud (especially at night.) However that's where the downsides end, as a small unit it's basically perfectly for promoting airflow in your room and be nicely sat on a desk. For the price it's built nicely, with no notable quality issues, impressively offers a range of settings, and above all a remote with all the functions that works comfortably from my bed. It has a timer that goes up to 4h for those of you that are conscious about energy saving, incredibly easy to set up out of the box (just plug it in). As a nice little bonus, it looks like a product that's more expensive than it is, a few family members have commented on how posh it looks sat on my desk next to the rest of my far more expensive computer equipment. Is it better than a normal desk fan? Probably not, but for the price you really cannot complain as it far exceeded my standards in regards to a unit of this type.
