Nighty nite.
I am trying to increase my consumption of magnesium so I just went ahead and bought mine at Walmart. I decided to take it at night because of the possibility of the runs. However, instead of diarrhea, it put me to sleep quicker than 2 Benadryl and 10mg of melatonin. One Friday night, I tried to stay awake but felt lightheaded. I took my blood pressure, and it was 102/61 on the left wrist and 108/67 on the right wrist. It is usually more like 120/72. So for me, it helps me sleep deeper and lowers my blood pressure within an hour of taking it. I've only been taking it for a week and will continue until the bottle is gone. Then I'll decide whether it is a worthwhile product.
