Update: company sent me a new one, perfect condition. Impressed by the service. Product is good quality. Looks like a good product, well made. Unfortunately, the zipper has a broken tooth and does not slide, as shown in the picture. Yes, I could return it in order to get a refund or a replacement. My choice not to do so as it is more trouble than it is worth. Check the zipper when you get yours. Tried to contact seller for a replacement. Does not seem possible.

Size is reasonable. Fit most documents. Fireproof or waterproof, I don’t know but better than storing your important documents in a regular file folders. Overall i’m happy with the product and I now have something way better than before to organize or store my important documents.
