Fit perfectly as expected and according to size chart, has a zipper and elastic. Fabric is flowy but not stretchy. Fabric is not sheer that I've noticed.

The material is crisp, thin, and wonderful! It flows well and the lines are flattering! It’s light as for summer as is the color. The zipper is not a cheap one tho I have a lot of trouble unzipping it cuz I can’t use two hands, and I can tell it’s a good one put in without any puckers. Thanks! This is a great basic addition to my wardrobe!!!

I bought the pink, black, and the light green colors of this skirt. I love them. They're super cut and the colors are great. The pink and light green are beautiful colors. The are really fun to twirl around in (which was about half the reason I bought them), and I've gotten lots of compliments while wearing them. The material isn't the best quality, but I don't think that's a problem, I just for some reason expected better quality material when I bought them for some reason. I think they're worth it to buy.

Was a little worried when other reviews said it fit smaller than expected and to size up. I went off the sizing chart listed for the item. My waist is 28 inches and the medium was said to fit 29.5, so I went with medium. It fits perfectly. Nice and comfy. Definitely needed an ironing or quick tumble in the dryer to get rid of the wrinkles, but I got lots of compliments the first day I wore it to work. It is even the perfect length. Hits right at the top of my knees.
