I've bought this parchment paper a couple of times now, and it's the best value around. It's a big roll in a sturdy box that doesn't disintegrate before you run out of paper. The paper is pretty sturdy, as this stuff goes. Doesn't turn brown in the oven and it even stands up to the broiler for a couple of minutes, if you want to live dangerously and quickly brown the top of something. (But that's not recommended, since it will eventually catch on fire; it's paper.) Good parchment paper. I'll keep buying it.

Great for when I’m using different size pans and I love the all natural make.
