Great product
Alittle awkward to assemble, however, has made a big difference , this stool is essential if working from home.Has improved my posture and is very comfortable

hurts the knees and seriously awkward to use .Accident waiting to happen in a forgetful moment using it like a chairgave some posture training because one has no choice but to sit upright or fall over.Not even useful as a plant holder

Ok for the price.
The seat is flat, not at an angle as seen in the picture. This is not adjustable.You can adjust the height a little but would struggle to use with a non adjustable desk.
