They get the job done.
I used these for a while. They definitely get the job done but have no curve to them. So it's hard to get on eye lid. Good price for the amount.

No brush tools or under eye pads included
There are 8 baggies of 1 pair each of small, med, and large rods. They are not self adhesive. And there was no Y shaped brush tools or under eye pads like shown in pic #5 of ad. The set is only the non-stick rods. Not a terrible buy though.
