Don't hesitate, this is an OUTSTANDING product!
I rarely make the effort to write reviews on purchases. Normally, I don't even think about it until I get an email from Amazon reminding me to review, but on this product, I'm making the effort.This product is AWESOME. Because of the inexpensive price, my expectations weren't extremely high, but I COULD NOT be happier! It arrived days before scheduled, and when I opened it, I was totally impressed. I was shopping for a clock to hang in my shop, but now I'm thinking it's too nice to be out there! A friend standing next to me immediately jotted down the product name to order one. It's only April, but I already know what I'll be giving for Christmas this year!I can only suggest that you make sure to follow their guidelines regarding file size to upload for the photo you want to use. "Garbage in, garbage out" is the old expression. If you give RitzPix a good quality photo of the proper size (Mine was just a photo I took with my iPhone 6s), you won't be disappointed.

A Corporate personalized touch!!
Shipping a gift, that too a corporate one, overseas was kind of a worrying endeavor. Thankfully, I laid my trust in Amazon. This personalized wall clock was something that met my imaginations in terms of creativity as well as for serving the purpose corporate branding for our small business. I sent it to Aptos CA, and it reached there within an expected timelines. I was skeptical about how the design might look in reality, and turns out that my client also loved it. I have absolutely loved this clock and it has exceeded my expectations. And thanks to Amazon for making overseas gifting happen in lesser time and budget friendly as well.

It did not come with a frame, which, I guess if I had looked closer, I should have noticed. However, the wood that it came on was nice, the picture was good quality, and the clock pieces, easy to assemble. It made a wonderful gift as it was, even without a frame!

Would be fabulous if it actually worked!
Although it looked great, it did not work once assembled (why can't it arrive already assembled so the seller can verify that it works?) Very happy with quick refund, however. I did have to find another clock (without my photo) that worked.
