The silver plated first holy communion cross and Miraculous Mary were added on both end to interpret this very special celebration of his First Holy Eucharist. The three (3) 4 mm sapphire crystals represent three (3) Hail Marys. The next 6mm bead represents Our Father prayer and the rest of the ten (10) 6 mm Sapphire Crystals represent Hail Marys.
