This was some weird stuff.I can’t swallow capsules very well and one night , I couldn’t for sure so I put it in my water bottle. By the next day , it did not absorb and disappear. In fact. It got longer in the bottle. So I was thinking. That’s what it was doing in my body.I kept it in the bottle for a few more days. Never absorb. And longer it grew.I chunk the water bottle away and the container away. I will not be ordering it again.

This formula contains ubiquinone. This is harder to absorb and utilize than ubiquinol. I don't know why they used this, in an otherwise excellent formula. Oh, and they could just as well leave out the caramel color. This is probably artificial, and if it is, then it is mildly toxic. It is not necessary. It's for coloring. There are many safe substances that could be used instead.This company is somewhat careless about its ingredients. Most of their formulas have magnesium stearate in them. The purpose is so their machines run more smoothly. Well, guess what! I am not a machine. Magnesium stearate hinders absorption and weakens T-cells, which are part of the immune system. I avoid it like the plague because it dries out my eyes so badly that if I try to open them when I have been asleep, it is very painful. I have to move my eyes under closed lids for ten minutes before I can open them without pain. It makes me wonder what ELSE this substance dries out! After all, that is its purpose: to dry things out.In spite of my numerous complaints about such ingredients, they continue to use them. Most companies are moving to better ingredients. Rice flour works just as well for the machines, and it is not harmful.Hopefully eventually this company will get the message. In the meantime, you can get this same combination from Jarrow, with ubiquinol, and it is the same price. I will be switching brands.
