I really love this product. This is my second time ordering it. I was very skeptical it would work. I have suffered from leg & foot cramps for over 35 years. When I could no longer get prescriptions for quinine from my doctor, I panicked. I feel like I've tried every otc product on the market, nothing worked. I've added extra magnesium to my diet & increased it to no avail. It did help me sleep better, but I would wake up so groggy it was difficult to walk because my foot would cramp so bad. I broke down and tried this, and it worked. I rub it on the areas were my legs cramp, and I can sleep all night, it last that long. Should I forget to put it on, I'm up in the middle of the night rubbing it on. Within 10-15 minutes my muscles starts to relax & relieves the pain so I can walk back back to bed. The lavender aroma is pleasant. This little jar last a long time, to me makes it a great value to me, cheaper than any prescription I ever had. It feels thin to put it on, but a little goes a long way. I will always have this at my bedside, I will use it every night.

This stuff is my Go-To after a long day. As a nurse we work a lot of hours on our feet. My legs will spasm after a 12 hr shift so I make sure I never run out of this. Truly helps relax the legs and relieves pain. The cream is the perfect balance of smooth creamy texture not too thick. Distributes evenly with ease. Love it!

Use it for my restless legs. Works pretty well calming my legs. Sometimes have to apply again if I wake up in the middle of the night.

This arrived in a timely manner. I have neuropathy and also have problems with night cramps and cramps during dialysis. This helps to relieve the cramps so that I can sleep. It works quickly.

They help a bit. But my RLS is apparently too strong for these.

My mom uses this at night to help her legs not hurt a much so she can sleep. Works well will keep getting it for her.

I was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome years ago. I intially tried medication, but it left me feeling too groggy for too long in the mornings. I quit taking it and have just been dealing with the leg issue since then. And then I heard about this cream. I decided to give it a try, and so glad I did. I don't have as much issue with restless leg now, but when I do I simply rub some of this cream on my leg and I feel relief usually within minutes. (On really rough nights I do have to apply it a second time.) It's not greasy and rubs in easily. I don't know how it works, but I know that it does. And I will never be without a jar again!

This is a great item. It really works, although it sometimes requires reapplication. I have this item on subscription. They were supposed to arrive every month on the 4th of the month. This month’s order has not yet arrived and it is now January 6! What is going on with Amazon. They used to be so reliable.
