Smaller size than advertised
UPDATE: I requested the item again since I don’t want to pay for 19 oz and only get 16oz. The new one came today and it was exactly the same 😡 it is mislabeled so now I have to figure out how to reach customer service.The product itself is amazing. No complaints there at all. Leave my skin feeling nice and soft without any reaction to my sensitive skin. My issue lies with the fact that it’s says 19 oz and I received only 16 oz. Like things aren’t already expensive enough now a multi billion dollar company is trying to pull one over on the common folk. So over it.

Great product, terrible seller.
I don't recommend buying from Kicks Cove LLC. USED product clearly repackaged and resold. Seal was broken and found multiple hairs under pump and plastic. I've been using this CeraVe product for years and it is a fantastic product. Will be careful about purchases on Amazon in the future.

Packaging
I love the product just not the fact that it arrived with the lid broken and part of the product spilled out. I purchased two, they went shipped separately and both were broken and spilled. The product itself it awesome.
