Seems okay overall
even though it is written that it working range is 160-280v , it works still in the range of 135-280v. Also , since it is automatic stabilizer it increases the input voltage by 15-20 v.Its cutoff voltage is very low around 100-110v.in the range of 110-135v , the indicator show "Lo".
