1. Blade is extremely sharp, it is sharp now so will see how long it last before need a shine.2. Easy to hold and balanced weight3. Not with the sleeve so you may find how to store it once you have it.4. Great Value Kitchen Knife
Great value knife. Just the job for everyday use in the kitchen. A good knife is essential as is a good sharpener to cooking. These have a 15 year guarantee and come razor sharp. Be careful. I sharpen new knives myself which means this is sharp enough but not crazy razor sharp.
