The Case Manager’s Handbook

The media could not be loaded.  This book had a lot of great info. Explaining the contents well. I just hate that I rented the book and the one they sent me is falling apart

I mean it's a textbook, it feels a little strange to review it. I had no issues with the physical book/rental; no issues with delivery. I think I just really don't enjoy the writing style of this author. It often seems like she is giving her opinion rather than just getting down to the point. I can't say I've ever particularly enjoyed a textbook, but I just dislike this one a little more than usual.

I had heard this was a very good book. I was very upset that the pages in this book have no inner margins. I feel like I have to force the book open to read it. I worry I will crack the spine & damage my book. No inner margins makes reading the text in this book very difficult. I can handle the small text small.Is my book defective or were all the books printed w/o inner page margins?

Author repeats herself a lot. I can tell that the author is very passionate about case management, however when reading this book for the CCM exam, it would be nice if it was more condensed and to the point, highlighting what material is tested over on the CCM exam. Also not everyone is in agreement or happy with Government take over of health care, it's hard for me to get excited over this.

Until now i still dont finish the book. A lot of information. Some clicks in my head and some is not. Probably, not in my area. However, my goal is to finish and to understand the book.
