It states 2 count, but I only received one can. When can I expect the 2nd can to arrive??

Many of the same complaint's are listed under the 1 and 2 star review's from in the past. It looks like they fixed the problem now, because the description says it's 1 can now, and NOT 2 anymore.

Is this spray IR treated? Will this show up on infrared?

Spray a bit of fabric with it, then look at it with your night vision scope after it dries. Better to test it and get the real answer.

Can i use yhis on suede?

Yes, I sprayed my suede boot shoes and I gave them a second spray the next day. The color was not affected by the treatment. If I get caught in rain or snow while wearing them then I will feel more at ease knowing that I had treated them.

How many cans to do a 12 man tent?

Not sure, but I would expect 5 or 6. I put several coats on whatever I'm treating. Best Wishes,
