Healthier and cheaper than my local shop.
Looks great, arrived still wet and very green. Doesnโt quite โglowโ like some of the pictures but it is a hardy, cheap, and natural addition for a freshwater ecosystem.

Brown. Garbage quality. Doesn't look anything like the picture. Should be able to get my money back
I only gave it one star because I had to put a star on there. This is the worst quality Moss. Not only did it take forever to get here but when I got it it is brown and it is slimy. I have other moss in my tank that I got from the pet store and it is green and healthy. This is garbage and I think it's ridiculous that I cannot get my money back. Do not waste your money go to your local small fish store they have much better quality this is horrible! I am beyond irritated with this. Looks nothing like the picture that they show

GREAT BUY!! HEALTHY, LARGE PORTION!!
Look no further! I've been looking for Java Moss for quite some time. Every where else I've looked is grossly overpriced. I bought this for less than 7 dollars. It showed up in great condition and and large portion. That was even with a 2 day delay in shipping. ( obviously not their fault ). I was iffy about ordering plants online. But, it's even healthier than the pre packed stuff at Petco and half the price. Will definitely buy from here again, should I need more plants.

Small bundle for $7
The moss was brownish so not exactly healthy. and they do not look like the picture in the photos. Also didn't realize it would float around everywhere so maintenance is a bit difficult. I suppose I should have researched better. They had no smell. The bundle was the same shape as one of the pictures showed. Felt like moss. It came as already grown so no seed.

good, but sloppy presentation
The Java moss arrived quickly and was packaged well. The portions were usable, though there was a mix of healthy green and some brown/melted pieces, which I understand can happen during shipping. What brought this down a star is the lack of labeling. I ordered multiple types of moss in the same shipment, and none of the portions were labeled or separated in a way that made them easy to distinguish. While Java moss is relatively easy to recognize, this still created unnecessary guesswork when trying to organize and place everything in my tank. Overall, the moss itself seems fine and should grow in well, but clearer labeling would make a big difference. Especially for customers ordering multiple plant types at once.

A gamble on how much you get
Came in a small little bag, and a bit of the clump was brown and a dark green. Separated it a bit and stuck it in my aquarium, tying some to lava rocks and letting others just float or sink wherever. After a while didn't think it was gonna grow, but eventually after like a month or two noticed a bunch of very small tiny green shoots popping up all over the moss branches. Also it seems these little green shoots are actually attaching themselves to the rocks. So it will grow, but takes a while to adapt and needs light to do so. Edit/Update: So updating this review, and lowering my review score... Made another order for this since the first one was so good. When the second one came, what I got was beyond disappointing. The first I ordered came in a little bag that was FULL and gave me enough to cover multiple rocks - like 4-6 rocks. The second order I got gave me a bag with a TINY little pathetic clump that didn't even fill half the small bag it came in. Was only enough for two tiny little rocks. I would not recommend this as it's a gamble as to whether you get a tiny clump or not. The second batch was not worth the money spent and the time it took to get delivered. I got so little the second time I could literally have cut off a small bit from the first batch that grew in another aquarium and I would have had more than what they sent me the second order. Also one more thing, while the first order was great and grew very BIG I did get detritus worms, lots of tiny worms that just appeared out of nowhere and judging by some of the other reviews on here it seems they probably came from this moss. I attached a picture that shows the comparison. First pic was my first order, and second pic was the pathetic clump I got in my second order.

Java moss
Product arrived slightly brown but after much research turns out this is completely normal. The moss will appear to be dying out when added to the aquarium but with patience it will grow again. Product did not come contaminated with snails or other aqua life creatures
