some really great recipes in this book I have one published form a local fire department and this one tops them all, and the profits go to a great cause HIS FAMILY. If you have not seen the Shark Tank episode you need to watch it then buy this cookbook whether you want it or need it or not. It is for such a great cause to help his children live on and carry on hius legacy.

I made the Chicken Franchese and it was delicious. Recipes include simple ingredients and are very easy to follow. Loved reading his personal stories. I give this recipe book a big thumbs up. Rest in Peace Keith Young.

Just what I wanted

I've made a few recipes so far. Each one has tasted great. A lot of the recipes are pretty straightforward and you don't need to have a lot of cooking experience to remake them.

Gave this cookbook to my son, who does not have much experience in the kitchen, a second year first responder and now has to prepare meals for his station. He immediately ran thru the book and was very intrigued by recipes!
